Terms & Conditions

• Any unused, sealed goods, can be returned within a 14 day period for a refund, (carriage already paid will not be refunded, and returns carriage is payable by the sender.)
• Any defective goods will be assessed, repaired, replaced or refunded at our discretion, within 3 months of purchase date.
  (We aim to get defective products inspected within 72 hours of reciept.)
• Our liability, however caused for any loss, damage or injury, is limited to the value of the goods supplied by cscshop.co.uk
• We reserve the right not to supply.
• Postage and supply to mainland UK ONLY
• The above terms and conditions do not affect your statutory consumer rights (Sale of Goods Act 1979. Amended by the Sale & Supply of Goods Act 1994 and the Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumers Regulations 2002).
• All "SPECIAL ORDERS" are non returnable and non refundable.
• All products are subject to availability, and colours may vary with certain items.
• If a product is no longer available, you will be informed, and a refund wll be issued, (or a higher value, suitable substitute, will be sent, at our discretion.)
• We do not supply goods outside the UK mainland, unless with prior agreement.
• Returns must be authorised by us, prior to your despatch, and ALL returned items MUST be sent to the address listed in our contact page, accompanied with your dated, proof of purchase/reciept.
  FAILURE TO DO THIS WILL RESULT IN YOUR GUARANTEE BEING INVALIDATED.
